Review:

Romeo is an escaped convict trying to build a new life, even though he misses his home in Texas. He knows he has to do this to survive. Working with his hands and completing jobs gives him a sense of the outdoors. I don't think you can truly be at peace if you're not where you want to be. Mable is a hoot, and I loved her. She bakes, runs, and operates heavy machinery—what's not to love? What she doesn't love is someone telling her she can't do something. When she meets Romeo, she's intrigued by him. As they get to know each other, they realize there’s something there. But Romeo has a secret that could destroy it all. Mable's life has been hell growing up, and when the truth starts to unravel, can they save each other?
