Ayla loves her days off and takes advantage of the pool with a drink and a book. This is her zen or it was until the new neighbor feels the need to do his yard on her only day off. When she gets fed up she marches over and gives him a piece of her mind. What she gets is sparks she wasn't expecting. Declan moved to a small town in need of peace and quiet in his life. He has been through a lot but when the neighbor comes over he realizes things are about to change. These two are attracted to each other and their banter is funny. But when Declan's past comes back can he save Ayla in time and live their happily ever after? I loved this story of how it just wasn't about the love, but about forgiveness, and friendships.
