If you have read any of the stories from this amazing author you know that this one will not disappoint. Brinkley Reynolds is a hometown girl from Cottonwood Cove one of my favorite places. She's a sports reporter just trying to make a name for herself. When she try's to interview the GOAT of the NFL Lincoln Hendrix things take a turn for her. Aka she lost her job because of the jerk. Lincoln has been going through his own struggles and issues and when he sees the one woman that made things worse for him well he's about to give her a piece of his mind. What he doesn't realize is that she is the princess of the town and they will protect her. These two buttheads banter like there is no tomorrow. When the truths start to come out and Lincoln allows Brinkley to do her story they will have more than one thing in common. The problem will be when the story hits and he goes back to his life what will happen with them? God I loved this story so much.
