Grant and Jessa can’t stop thinking about one another since being introduced at a party a month ago. And despite their differences, they can’t seem to stay away from each other either. However, both are hiding secrets of less-than-perfect pasts, fearing what will happen when those mistakes come to light. As they grow closer, they each battle their own insecurities, and neither believes that they are worthy of the kind of love that they both still want. So if it’s true that opposites attract, what happens when the similarities begin to surface?  
Review-
First, I must just say, FINALLY....a story where the nice guy doesn't finish last!!!!!! I loved that!! It's great that this book can be read as a stand alone in the series but the way the characters all tie together from book to book is just perfect!! Just enough Sadie & Brady to make it all click. :)

Well, what can I say besides just how much I adore Grant & Jessa?

Let's start with the trials & tribulations...a story of two very broken people, trying hard to pick up the pieces & put themselves back together after suffering tremendous amounts of heartache, loss & pain. A story of tragedy & grief, struggles & tears...of two people so meant for each other, yet fighting tooth & nail to stay away. A story of wounds that run deep & scars that won't heal.

A short interlude of the sexual nature...OMG!!! Can I just say HOT??? Because the sex in this book is H-O-T....HOT, HOT, HOT!!!

Finally, let's move on to the HEA...how two people figure out that maybe they don't have to pick up their own pieces; that maybe, just maybe, they can pick up each others pieces & help put each other back together. How they find out what truly trusting someone really means....it means falling....& KNOWING, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that that person WILL be there to catch you. How struggling together & wiping each others tears can make you that much stronger, how it can mend the wounds that run so deep & slowly heal the horrible scars that mar their hearts. And learning that THAT is something to fight FOR, not against.

And now, on to me....I laughed, I cried, I wanted to punch certain people, I cried, I fell in love, I cried, I even cussed out loud a couple of times....& did I mention that I cried?!? Yep, you caught me....crybaby here!! And WHEW, did this book really bring it out of me!! Overall, I loved every second of it!! Thank you, Michelle Lynn, for bringing this story alive with such emotion!! I can't wait to read more!!

Michelle moved around the Midwest most of her life, transferring from school to school before settling down in the outskirts of Chicago ten years ago, where she now resides with her husband and two kids.
