What can I say about this author is that I so love her and her stories! I fell in love with the first book in this series and everyone is just as good. Everly has taken over the town theater that her grandmother was the star of. She has brought it back to life and can't wait for the first show to start. Along with her family and the best friend she's trying to bring the magic back to the people. What she doesn't expect is her ex-husband to show up, except he's not so ex. Dylan is a doctor and has traveled the world to heal those and get medical care to other countries. When he goes home to help the practice he doesn't realize that he's still married. Now he and Everly need to figure out the paperwork and move on. But can that actually happen if they still have feelings for each other? Find out what they have been doing with their lives and if love can prevail?

Carrie Elks writes contemporary romance with a sizzling edge. Her first book, Fix You, has been translated into eight languages and made a surprise appearance on Big Brother in Brazil. Luckily for her, it wasn’t voted out. Carrie lives with her husband, two lovely children and a larger-than-life black pug called Plato. When she isn’t writing or reading, she can be found baking, drinking an occasional (!) glass of wine, or chatting on social media.
